The Frymaster FM8262197 Element 208V 8.5kW is a heating system that uses electrical energy to produce thermal power to enable it to achieve, and sustain the preset cooking temperatures. It works by spreading the heat uniformly throughout the oil so that it can perform uniformly if the quantity of fried items is high. This component is placed in the heating chamber of the cooker, where it is completely immersed in the oil to assist in the transfer of heat, and the effectiveness of cooking.
