The Frymaster FM8030445 Filter Sheets 100 PK are disposable filtration media that are applied in commercial fryers to trap food particles and debris of cooking oil during regular filtration processes. These sheets are fitted in the filter assembly of the fryer to collect solids as the hot oil is passed through the filter to assist in keeping the oil cleaner between complete oil changes and to aid in keeping the cooking conditions more consistent. Professional kitchen settings where frying is constantly applied use them to eliminate residue that is generated to facilitate continued use.
