The Frymaster 826-2288 Fryer Control Electric FV HEF CM3.5 is the main digital control interface of the High Efficiency Footprint commercial system. This advanced computer controls the temperature of oil, controls time-based cook cycles, and uses sensors to maintain high-volume commercial kitchens to have consistent food quality. It adjusts power to the heating elements by processing the data of the internal thermistor probes to ensure a high level of thermal stability in high service periods. It is embedded in the front fascia of the appliance and provides a programmable interface to the kitchen suer to control specific menu components.
