The Frymaster 8160597PK (6) O-Ring set is a set of six circular sealing elements with an internal diameter of 1-3/8 inch and a width of 1/8 inch, which are installed in fryer assemblies to provide a secure interface between the parts of the assembly. All the parts are fitted in specific grooves where the parts need to be contained with oil and maintain pressure during operation. This aspect is used to assist in the sealing of joints that are subjected to heat and fluid flow, and aid in the maintenance of a stable division of internal parts.
