The Frymaster 8160139 Knob Thermostat OFF Mount 0.187" Flat Down is a temperature control system that is used to adjust and indicate the preferred amount of heat to be used on cooking or heating systems that are compatible with it. This flat-down style knob works by rotating to match the desired temperature, which is between 375°F-230°F, with the control scale when it is in normal use.
