The Frymaster 8100340 Fryer Burner Orifice LP 66 is a gas flow control system that regulates the amount of fuel that is supplied to the burner assembly. It provides a correctly sized opening that measures liquefied petroleum gas at a given pressure and flow properties and then burns it. The orifice allows the supply fitting and burner port to be held correctly, which allows the ignition to stabilise and the heat to be steady.
