The Frymaster 8074668 Electric Fryer 4-Wire Cordset 3PH 96" allows the transfer of electrical power from a high-voltage outlet to the heating coils of a commercial unit. This 6-gauge wire assembly provides 4 internal conductors to conduct the required current to maintain the required oil temperatures during cooking cycles. The cordset will be mounted between the rear access panels of the preparation station. It enables the movement of the unit to be cleaned or maintained. The heavy insulation is used to enclose the inner copper against exposure to grease and high temperatures.
