The Franklin Chef 144610 Griddle Pilot Safety Valve serves as an essential safety component that improves both functionality and safety of your cooking devices. The 1/2" NAT/LP gas pilot safety valve operates reliably through a sturdy manual shut-off system that reaches maximum 150,000 BTU output. The millivolt system together with a thermocouple enables efficient temperature control for this partwhich makes it suitable for diverse cooking needs. This valve supports Star 216 alongside griddles 254, 256, and 258 which enables it to work in multiple configurations.
