The Fisher Manufacturing 900-115 Drain Pan is a heated drainage part that will collect and evaporate the condensate generated during normal operation of the equipment. It runs on 120 V and has a 1000W heating element, which removes any excess moisture by turning the collected liquid into vapour to avoid overflow and water build-up. This drain pan is normally applied in commercial foodservice settings, where condensate is produced continuously. It promotes stability in operation by regulating the moisture content, and guarding the surrounding components against water-related problems in the normal operating cycles.
