The Fast Z120120HFC Timer 12 is a control timer that can control up to 12 sequential operations of foodservice equipment by stepping through time segments that are selected by the user. It is attached to the control compartment of the appliance and is connected to internal wiring and actuators to produce outputs at each setting to control heaters, motors or valves.
