The Everpure EV962830 Replacement Cartridge Kit Quad Plus XC2 uses a proprietary pleated filter membrane, and activated carbon to reduce contaminants through mechanical straining and chemical adsorption. Water passes through four high-capacity cartridges and a special pretreatment filter to trap sub-micron particles and neutralise chlorine taste and odor. This system is installed directly to a compatible manifold in the water line usually in the auxiliary section of the commercial foodservice activity. The kit ensures constant water quality to fountain drinks and ingredient water usage by keeping the flow to high-volume equipment constant without frequent maintenance cycles.
