The Edlund A943 Can Opener Handle and Knob Assembly is a replacement part assembly that fits into a manual can opener that is compatible. It works by offering the user interface that is the ability to manually rotate the opener mechanism to engage the gear and cutting wheel onto the can lid. You can also install the assembly to the drive shaft of the opener at the front of the unit in a commercial kitchen. It acts as the main operating point of the system in daily activities of opening can that a user is doing.
