The Duke 600541 3 Heat Switch is used for heat regulation in ovens without mechanical contacts which can fail. It has three heat levels and is capable of handling 20A at 120-240 volts. It has 6 terminals and a D stem with a .150” flat-down that makes it easy to install and operate. This product is suitable for Duke 6/13 Oven E Series and Tomlinson Kettles; the #22-1106 pointer knob or #22-1291 knob is recommended for this product. It gives optimal calibration for temperature and strength thereby making it vital within cookery processes.
