Duke 153036 Oven Motor is a two-speed drive part with a 200-240 V intended to be used in commercial cooking systems. It gives a rotational drive, to internal parts like conveyor belts, fans or turntables so that they can move at two adjustable speeds. In commercial kitchen setups, the motor is fitted by the designed to replace a worn-out piece. On installation, it works in the mechanical system of the appliance to achieve a stable performance and adequate heat distribution during cooking cycles.
