The DOYON MEC0151 Electronic Temperature Control is an electronic control module that is used to control the heat levels in the compatible cooking equipment. It measures temperature using a probe or sensor attached to it and uses the heating elements to regulate power to the heating elements to keep the temperature at the desired setpoint. This control mounts into the control housing of the equipment and is connected to the internal wiring and temperature feedback system to coordinate the fine-tuning of the control.
