The Doughpro 11018974 Piston Assembly Dough Press DP1100 DP2000 is used to press the dough by forcing the dough through the chamber to form and cut it in a uniform manner. It works by transforming the mechanical movement of the drive system into linear movement of the piston and exerting pressure on the dough. This assembly is mounted in the pressing section of the equipment to fit in the chamber and drive parts to work well. It provides consistency in the handling of dough, and proper alignment and consistency in production when used in compatible commercial dough press machinery.
