The Dormont 16100KIT2S60 Hose Snapfast 2 Swivel Blue 1" 60" allows the passage of gas through an immobile supply line to the commercial kitchen equipment using a flexible core of stainless steel coated with a protective antimicrobial layer. This assembly uses quick-disconnect technology to enable it to be attached and detached fast and the two swivel joints at each end can be fully swiveled to avoid kinking. The unit is mounted between the side gas manifold of the heavy-duty cooking equipment and the wall-mounted gas valve. This particular arrangement provides sufficient access to equipment cleaning and maintenance.
