The Delfield BCP00018 Needle Sensor works on the concept of detecting thermal variations at the sensing tip and transforming them into an electrical signal to be used by the control system. The 90° design enables the probe to be inserted into the area being monitored with the wiring being routed at right angles to ensure that it fits within the internal components. This needle sensor is attached to openings of compatible refrigeration or foodservice system, in product wells, air ducts, or storage compartments that need precise temperature monitoring and linked to the control board of the unit.
