The Delfield 1702295 Door Gasket 22 3/4" x 59 1/4" is a sealing element applied around a door opening to aid in the proper separation of internal and external conditions. It is installed in the channel that is located along the perimeter of the door and is used to ensure that the frame maintains consistent contact with the door when it is closed to prevent unnecessary air movement. Where a refrigeration or heated cabinet is in use, it is fitted at the time of service or replacement work to recreate the desired sealing interface.
