The Delfield 1702001 Door Gasket 15-1/4" X 20-5/8" is a sealing component that is installed as a part of a door assembly to ensure proper isolation between internal and external conditions. This gasket will be inserted in the periphery channel of the specified opening and will serve to keep in touch with the frame when the door is closed to minimise air movement. In actual kitchen use, it is mounted in refrigeration or heated cabinets where it is required to be sealed consistently in the course of normal operation.
