The Delfield 1701289 Door Gasket 24" x 30" is a sealing component that is applied, to compatible commercial foodservice storage equipment. It is installed around the door opening to form an airtight enclosure between the inside of the cabinet and the conditions around the cabinet. The gasket is used in regular operation to ensure the internal temperatures are maintained by preventing the escape of chilled air and the entry of warmer air when the door is closed. This allows maintain a steady cooling operation in the commercial kitchen and preparation, and service places.
