The Delfield 1701190 Door Gasket is a spare sealing part that is installed on the compatible products to seal the gap between the door and the cabinet frame. It operates by compressing when the door is closed providing a tight seal that restricts air movement between the inside and outside of the cabinet. It is installed in the perimeter of refrigerators or prep stations in commercial kitchens. In the refrigeration system, the gasket maintains the internal temperatures by assisting the unit to maintain the proper airflow and cooling temperatures in the refrigeration system.
