The Delfield 000-332-0031-S Louvered Door Assembly uses a series of angled horizontal slats to ensure a constant flow of air in the equipment cabinet and still provides a mechanical barrier. This type of ventilation design is able to cool internal mechanical parts by avoiding heat accumulation at operating frequency. The assembly is normally mounted on the front or the side exterior of refrigerated bases and prep tables where air intake is required. This 18" door has a stainless steel finish and has a built-in handle by which it can be manually opened to access the interior storage or machine compartment.
