The Dean 826-2150 Heating Element Kit is a replacement part assembly to fit in any of the compatible commercial appliances. The 8.5 kW, 208-volt rated unit produces heat required to bring and hold cooking oil to the designated temperatures required for frying foods in kitchens, cafeterias, and other foodservice settings. This element is installed directly into the heating compartment of the system, and it acts as a core component of the thermal system of the appliance, allowing it to maintain regular cooking periods and be able to regain normal heat production.
