The Dean 812-2025 Screen FPP Drawn Sina Grid it applied in commercial fryer filtration assemblies. It is placed under the filter paper to hold the media in the oil filtering process to allow hot oil to flow through but retain food particles and sediment. It is used in the filter pan of fryers to assist in the constant flow of oil during regular filtration between cooking shifts. The screen use to provide better results in the removal of debris and the proper operating of the built-in oil management system of the fryer by stabilising the filter set-up and avoiding the collapse of the paper.
