The Dean 806-3705 Fryer Computer Control Board is installed on commercial appliances to control cooking operations. It receives the input of temperature probes, timers, and user keypads and controls heating elements using relay signals to ensure that the correct temperature of oil is maintained in the kitchen during service in professional kitchens. The board stores the programmed cook cycles, shows the working data on the front panel and logs fault codes in case of irregular conditions. It is the central processor in the appliance that controls the ignition and temperature.
