The Dean 8030124 Hot Oil Filter Sheet is intended for use in fryers to filter the oil in fryers. This unpowdered sheet has a dimension of 11-5/8” x 20-1/4” and comes in a pack of 100; it is perfect for use in kitchens. In a way, it assists in washing or clearing the hot frying oil, as well as the debris that may have settled at the bottom so as to more prolonged fry life and enhance the palatability of food fried in those oils.
