The Crown Steam 9348-200 3-Pole Contactor 200 V Coil 50/60Hz 40FLA 50A is used when an electrical signal is used to optimistics an internal induction coil to produce a magnetic field. This force makes the three sets of internal poles complete to fill the gap between the incoming power supply and the high-draw heating elements. This is fitted on a DIN rail or base plate in the central electrical cabinet of the steaming unit. The unit also regulates the thermal output by alternating current through several phases at the same time to prevent high-amperage peaks in control circuits during the cooking process.
