The Crown Steam 3135-1 Burner is used to produce steam heat in a commercial steam kettle by introducing and dispersing fuel under the kettle chamber to be burned. It is attached to the bottom of the kettle body and it is attached to the gas supply and ignition system of the appliance. When switched on it produces flames that warm water or cooking media to form steam to cook indirectly. It supplies the main thermal input that assists in the production of steam, which assists in the homogenous application of heat and effective cooking capabilities.
