The Cres Cor 0811 214 01 Element U-Shape is electric powered and fits into other compatible heated holding and warming cabinets. It operates by transforming electrical energy in 120 V into controlled heat in 750 W by passing the electrical energy in the U-shaped resistance coil, heating the inside space. This component in foodservice and catering is fitted in heating assembly on the interior panel of the cabinet. It is the heat generator in the appliance system, that keeps the temperature when storing the items, to facilitate the maintenance of the temperatures of products under normal running condition.
