The Cres Cor 0769 093 Blower Assembly 115V 50/60 Hz is an airflow component that is motor-driven and is used to circulate air in compatible heated holding and cooking equipment. It pulls and spreads hot air uniformly throughout the inside of the cabinet to facilitate uniform temperature regulation throughout the process. It is fixed as a part of the internal airflow system of the appliance to assists the heaters and controls to maintain the same conditions during the service periods. In commercial kitchens, it assists in the even distribution of heat when the unit is in constant service in food holding or preparation operations.
