The Component Hardware Group F35-2016 Baffle Filter 20" x 16" x 2" is used in a grease filter that is intended to be used in commercial kitchen extraction systems. It is fitted on canopy or wall-mounted ventilation hoods where it traps grease and solid particles suspended in the air during cooking. The design moves the air through a system of channels that separate the air from the air before it passes through the ductwork. The filter is also used in the ventilation system to ensure efficiency in airflow, minimize the accumulation of grease in ducts, and assist in meeting the kitchen's needs.
