The Component Hardware Group E80-X010 Pre Rinse Basket is a stainless steel aid that is compatible with the wash-down operations and is used to hold dishes, utensils or small foodservice items. It works by giving an open grid that enables water flow through it freely as well as holding contents when rinsing. The basket is put into sinks or pre-rinse stations where manual cleaning is conducted then dishwashing takes place in commercial kitchens.
