The Cleveland SE003687 Rotary Switch Replacement Kit allows the manual control of the temperature and the ability to regulate the operation by providing the electrical connection between the power source and the brazing pan. This system works by a mechanical dial interface, which converts rotational motion into certain electrical contact points, enabling tiered heat settings to be made during the cooking process. Installation is made directly at the back of the front control panel of compatible braising pans, and the switch is connected to the internal wiring harness and external adjustment knob.
