The Cleveland KE50753-7 Relay SPDT 10A 12 VDC works by switching a single-pole, double-throw contact, with the help of an electromagnetic coil, so that when the switch is turned on, current flow between different circuits. As the 12 VDC signal is applied to the coil, the internal contacts slide to form the intended circuit, in effect operating electrical connections without manual operation. This relay is small and can be mounted in a standard installation in electrical panels or equipment, and provides controlled switching to a wide range of applications that need 10-amp capacity.
