The Cleveland FK103881 is a 3" Square Flange Element designed for use in Cleveland convection steamers. The element works well at 8000W power and can operate on a 1-3 phase power supply. The 2-1/4" spacing between bolt holes and 15" long inside length makes installation simple, and the included gasket 32-1208 keeps everything securely in place. This element works better in kitchen settings, speeds up cooking, and keeps the system working reliably, allowing up to 10 pan units to be steamed at once. The element helps your steamer work better and last longer.
