The Cleveland 41350 Buzzer is a 120V, 50/60Hz that is intended for use with Convection and Pressure Steamers, the model numbers 21-CET-8, 21-CET-16, CET-5, steamers J, and K The device comes with 5 3/4” wire leads with 1/4” female quick disconnect to facilitate its installation. The buzzer can be set and sounds when the pressure or temperature in the steamer reaches the required level for effective cooking. This improves the working of the kitchen, decreases the chances of making mistakes and makes it safer hence it should be part of the kitchen.
