The Cleveland 23198 Convection Steamer Water Level Control Board operates by taking in the input of sensors and sending electrical signals to ensure that the water levels are maintained in the heating reservoir. This control board is mounted in compatible convection steamers and is usually mounted in the control compartment behind the front panel. It links to the available sensors, pumps and system wiring to regulate the water level. The board is usually used when servicing or replacing to enable commercial convection steamers to resume normal water control and operation.
