The Cleveland 107490 Steam Bonnet is intended to be used with 3” draw-off valves on a range of kettles. It fits Cleveland, Groen, Market Forge, Southbend, and Vulcan models and more specific Kettle Series DAH, Legion, and Vulcan VD/VE. It is made of 3-inch stainless steel that makes it safe and offers a tight seal to allow effective steam release. This bonnet assists in pressure regulation and control, increase safety during operation and also improve the efficiency of steam kettles by reducing steam leakage and controlling temperature during cooking.
