The Carter Hoffmann 18600-0053 High Limit is a disc-type thermal safety component that is used to limit the flow of heat to the equipment in a circuit. It works by switching off the power supply when the temperature reaches 400°F thereby making it safe to use. This high-limit thermostat has 15/16” centers, 12” wire with a ring terminal and 30” black wire for easy installation. The ideal product for Carter-Hoffmann FH90 models, it ensures proper running of the machines and minimizes chances of heat damage.
