The Bunn BU20583-0004 Plastic Brew Funnel is a spare brewing part that fits into compatible commercial cooking brewers to direct evenly heated water through the coffee grounds as it is extracted. It is fitted beneath the spray head and pushes the water into the brew basket so that there is consistent contact with the coffee bed, in the cafe or restaurant setting. It is installed between the water delivery system and filter basket in the brewer, which facilitates consistent liquid flow, and consistent extraction to ensure consistency of the beverage.
