The Blodgett R3013 Perimeter Gasket is a seal-like material that is used to cover the opening of the oven by compressing between the door and frame, restricting the loss of heat and airflow when the system is in operation. It works by keeping in constant touch with the whole outer boundary keeping the cooking place enclosed in operation. This perimeter gasket is placed on the inside perimeter, so that it fits in line with the frame and is fastened with adhesive or clips to ensure proper sealing.
