The Blodgett R10398 Steamer Deliming Pump 230V circulates descaling solution in the steamer system to keep the mineral deposits down and to keep the steamer running properly. It circulates fluid between the reservoir and internal piping and vice versa so as to be able to contact all the affected parts. The pump is placed in the service compartment of the oven, which is connected to the plumbing lines and 230V power supply. It is compatible with combi steamers and is part of the maintenance system, which facilitates regular deliming and effective work in commercial kitchens.
