Blodgett BL18588 Temperature Probe is a high quality, essential tool for monitoring in commercial ovens. This probe has an overall length of 36 inches and 5 inches of probe length, with 31 inches of wire leads for flexible placement. This is compatible with Blodgett oven models KCO-25E and the CTB, CTBR, DFG series 50, 100, 200, and 300, as well as Mark V and Zephaire E & G with solid state controls. The temperature probe provides the chef and kitchen staff with the means to correctly measure and control heating temperatures, ensuring correct cooked results and food safety.
