The Blodgett BL10563 Dial 2-1/2 inch is a manual control system that adjusts and displays temperature on the control panel of a commercial oven. This dial is attached to the temperature control shaft and has a distinctively marked reference point to choose the amount of heat in the oven up to 550°F in regular operation. It is used in commercial kitchen ovens, whereby the temperature needs to be accurate when it comes to routine cooking and baking operations. The control assembly is the oven dial, which fits the control post.
