The Blodgett 90010 Door Gasket Set is a replacement sealing set to seal the perimeter of the oven door on compatible gas convection ovens. It operates by creating a compressed cushion between the cabinet and door that restricts the amount of heat and air to leak out. The gaskets are installed into the door channel and pressed when the door is closed. Maintaining the internal temperatures and adequate airflow during the cooking sessions.
