The Blodgett 6500 Blue Blower Switch 7/8 x 1-1/2 DPST is an electrical part that is used in compatible commercial cooking equipment to switch the blower or fan circuit in the appliance. It is fitted into the control panel and provides an on/off operation by the user or system to two circuits at the same time. This switch is used in the normal cooking cycles to turn on or off the blower, which circulates the air to evenly spread the heat.
