The Blodgett 53206 Convection Oven Smart Touch Control Relay Board is an electronic relay board that controls and supplies power to essential elements of compatible cooking systems. In response to user interface input and internal control logic it switches power to heating elements, fans and other subsystems depending on the programs selected. This relay board is placed in the control compartment. The internal wiring harness is connected to this relay board, to facilitate coordinated operation. It assists in the daily foodservice operation to ensure proper implementation of the cooking cycles.
