Blodgett 4701 Oven Rack is a must have for commercial kitchens to provide maximum performance and reliability in baking and cooking applications. Made of nickel plated, this rack is 20.81 inches in front to back depth and 28.25 inches in side to side length, with a sturdy 0.38 inch frame and 0.13 inch wire thickness. The back stop and product stop are 0.37 inches apart, providing a safe and efficient loading and unloading of trays. This rack is for Blodgett DFG 100 models as well as the EF and FA models.
