The Blodgett 32256 Convection Oven Blower Motor 1/2HP 100-115V 1P has the ability to maintain the airflow in the appliance chamber by operating the internal fan system. It works through the movement of warm air in order to keep the temperatures balanced during the cooking process. It has been designed to integrate the appliance with the internal components of the appliance and therefore it can work in harmony with the entire heating and circulation system and still remain steady in its efficiency during its operation.
